Headlamp: Adjustments

Headlight Aimer Kit:

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S)

1. Before carrying out the headlamp adjustment procedure, make sure of the following:
^ Tires are inflated to the correct pressure.
^ Vehicle cargo area is empty.
^ Headlamps are clean.
^ Headlamps operate correctly.
^ Vehicle is on level ground.







2. Aim the headlamps using the on-board leveling gauge.
1 Turn the adjuster fight or left to move the headlamp up or down.
2 Rotate the horizontal adjustment shaft clockwise to move the headlamp to the right, or counterclockwise to move the headlamp to the left.







3. Set the mechanical headlamp aimer adaptors to specifications, located in the lower right corner of each headlamp.
