Front Bumper: Service and Repair

BUMPER - FRONT, NAVIGATOR

Removal
1. Remove the front bumper cover.







2. Disconnect the two fog lamp electrical connectors.







3. If equipped, position the block heater electrical wiring aside.
4. Support the front bumper (17757).







5. NOTE: Two technicians are required to remove the front bumper.

Remove the front bumper.
1 Remove the nuts.
2 Remove the front bumper.







6. If necessary, remove the bolts and the fog lamps (15200).

Installation







1. If necessary, install the fog lamps.







2. NOTE: The bumper may need to be adjusted; do not tighten to specification.

Install the front bumper.







3. If equipped, reposition the block heater electrical wiring.







4. Connect the two fog lamp electrical connectors.
5. Install the front bumper cover.







6. Adjust the front bumper to position the fog lamps in the center of the lamp openings in the bumper cover.
- Tighten the front bumper nuts.
