Pinpoint Test H: DTC C1279, C128O, C1281, C1282, C2769, C2770 - Sensor Cluster Fault

CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.

NOTE: The yaw rate sensor, lateral accelerometer, and longitudinal accelerometer (4x4 vehicles) are integral to the sensor cluster. The sensor cluster is not serviceable and must be installed as an assembly.

Normal Operation
The accelerometer (lateral and longitudinal - 4x4) and the yaw rate sensor are contained in the sensor cluster. The sensor measures the vehicle acceleration and yaw rate then sends the signal via CAN communication wires to the ABS module.
Voltage is supplied by circuit 1574 (DB). Ground is provided through circuit 1575 (WH/BK). The CAN communication is transmitted through circuit 1878 (TN/YE) and circuit 1879 (RD/YE).

Possible Causes
^ Power circuit 1574 (DB).
^ Ground circuit 1575 (WH/BK).
^ CAN communication:
- circuit 1878 (WH/BK)
- circuit 1879 (PK/BK)
