Front Disc Brake1. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

2. Remove the components in the order indicated in the illustration and table. Remove the lower caliper bolt to remove the brake disc pads.
3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
4. Bleed the brake system.
Item 13: Brake Disc Shield Installation Note
1. Drill four 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) holes in the wheel knuckle.
2. Secure the brake disc shield to the wheel knuckle with 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) rivets.
Item 9: Brake Disc Installation Note
1. CAUTION: Make sure to apply a thin coat of anti-seize lubricant to the hub flange only. Do not allow the lubricant to make contact with the wheel studs, brake pads or brake disc.
Apply a thin coat of anti-seize lubricant to the wheel hub flange.
