Normal Operation
Under normal operation the PCM sends signals to the speed control actuator which receives the signals and adjust the step up motor inside the speed control actuator, depending on the various inputs it has received.

Possible Causes
- circuit 133 (BK) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 264 (WH/LB) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 265 (LG/WH) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 376 (BN/WH) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 511 (LG) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 1139 (VT/YE) open, shorted to ground
- PCM
- speed control actuator
- speed control deactivator switch
- speed control cable.
