Normal Operation
Under normal operation when the brake pedal is applied the PCM will receive battery voltage from the BPP switch deactivating the speed control system. A speed control deactivator switch opens when the brake is applied, deactivating the speed control.

Possible Causes
- circuit 10 (LG/RD) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 307 (BK/YE) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 511 (LG) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- brake pedal position (BPP) switch
- speed control deactivator switch
- PCM
- speed control actuator
