Stabilizer Bar and Link-Rear1. Remove the wheel and tire assemblies.
2. Remove the driveshaft.
3. Remove the components in the order indicated in the illustration and table.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Item 5: Stabilizer Bar, Bushing and Bracket Assembly Removal Note
1. CAUTION: Do not damage the boot while separating the ball joint from the knuckle.
Remove the nut and detach the LH upper ball Joint.
2. Using a suitable jack, support the fuel tank.
3. Detach the clip and disconnect the fuel vapor line.
4. Remove the rear fuel tank strap bolt.
5. Remove the front fuel tank strap nut and lower the fuel tank approximately two inches.
6. From the LH side of the vehicle, remove the stabilizer bar.
