Rear Seat - Second Row, 20 Percent
REAR SEAT - SECOND ROW, 20 PERCENTRemoval and Installation
1. Fold both 40 percent seats up to the E-Z entry position.
2. Remove the right side seat-to-floor bolt covers.
3. NOTE: There may be 1 bushing between each of the 2 seat mounting ears and shoulder bolts on the passenger side. If a rattle or squeak issue exists, confirm the source and add 1 bushing between each of the 2 shoulder bolts and seat side mounting ears on the passenger side during installation.
Remove the right side seat-to-floor bolts and bushings (if equipped).
4. Remove the left side seat-to-floor bolt cover.
5. Remove the left side seat-to-floor bolt and bushing.
6. Fold the seats down to normal seating position.
7. CAUTION: Use a screwdriver to pry beneath the attaching metal clips.
Remove the 20 percent front and rear seat-to-floor bolt covers (front shown).
8. Remove the front seat-to-floor bolts.
9. Fold both 40 percent seats up to the E-Z entry position.
10. Remove the left rear bolt and then the right rear bolt.
11. Remove the 20 percent seat from the vehicle.
12. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install the fasteners as follows:
- Install the right rear bolt.
- Install the left rear bolt.
- Install the two front bolts.
- NOTE: There may be 1 bushing between each of the 2 seat mounting ears and shoulder bolts on the passenger side. If a rattle or squeak issue exists, confirm the source and add 1 bushing between each of the 2 shoulder bolts and seat side mounting ears on the passenger side during installation.
Install the side (3) shoulder bolts (note, shoulder bolts do not tighten to seat brackets).
13. Check the active restraint system for correct operation.
