Crown Victoria - Brougham Roof Coach Lamp Replacement

Removal
1. Refer to Figure 1 and loosen the allen set screw retaining the trim cover to the lamp assembly. Remove the cover by pulling outboard and up.

2. Using a 1/8" (.125) drill bit equipped with an adjustable stop set at a maximum depth of 3/8", drill out the two (2) pop rivets retaining the lamp assembly to the pillar.

3. Pull the lamp assembly and wire outboard until the wire connection is accessible and disconnect the wire.

Installation
4. Connect the wire lead at the connector (and the battery if previously disconnected) and assure the light assembly is functionable.

5. Position the assembly to the pillar and rivet in place using two (2) 1/8" x .328 flat head pop rivets.

6. Position the trim cover to lamp assembly and tighten the allen screw.
