Rubber contamination in the EEC power-relay connector can cause the engine to stall or not start occasionally.

To service concerns of intermittent stalls and/or an occasional no start condition on subject vehicles, inspect the EEC relay connector for contamination. If the connector is contaminated, clean the terminals and reconnect. Refer to Figure 11 for relay location.
