Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Parts and Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.

PARTS RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

REMOVED CATALYSTS MUST BE RETURNED. PREPARE AND RETURN THE REMOVED CATALYSTS. (SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE SHIPPING CONTAINER PROVIDED WITH THE PARTS KIT.)

REMOVE EXCESS WEIGHT FROM THE CATALYSTS BY CUTTING AND DISCARDING PIPES/FLANGES AS CLOSE TO THE CATALYST SHELL AS PRACTICAL.

PLEASE NOTE CATALYST RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

* THE PARTS DISPOSITION TAG FPS-700 WILL BE SENT FOR EACH VEHICLE SERVICED UNDER THIS RECALL
* REFER TO WARRANTY AND POLICY MANUAL SECTION 7.0, PAGES 7 AND 10.
* HOLD REMOVED CATALYSTS UNTIL THE FPS-700 TAG IS RECEIVED.

FAILURE TO RETURN REMOVED CATALYSTS WILL RESULT IN CLAIM CHARGEBACK.

RETURN CATALYSTS VIA UNITED PARCEL SERVICES (UPS). CLAIM FOR PREPAID FREIGHT ON DWE USING FORM 1863.
