Fuel Injector: Testing and Inspection

Refer to Diesel Engine Performance Specifications chart for injection nozzles pressures.
Remove injection nozzle, then connect suitable tester and gauge following tool manufacturer's instructions. Spray pattern should be uniform and injected at the correct angle of the nozzle being tested.
