If the suction cup portion of the headlamp aimer kit does not conform to the contour of the headlamp lens, it may be caused by distortion (fold) of the cup during packaging.

With the aimer adapter at room temperature, reshape the rubber suction cup with your hands (pull and/or massage) until it conforms to the contour of the lens. Do not rework the plastic portion of the headlamp adapter.
