Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

All quick tests are performed in the vehicle luggage compartment using the EEC IV breakout box and harness adapter. These tests lead to a specific diagnostic pinpoint test that will in most instances identify the fault. If the fault is not found by the quick test, use the diagnostic lamp symptom chart to identify the proper diagnostic procedure.
