AIR SPRING REFILL
1. With suspension unloaded, turn air suspension switch to ``On'' position.
2. Install battery charger to minimize battery drain.
3. With driver's door open, cycle ignition from Off to Run position. Hold in Run for approximately 5 seconds, then return ignition to Off.
4. Ground the diagnostic pigtail, Fig. 4, then with driver's door open and brakes applied, turn ignition to Run position. The warning lamp will blink continuously, indicating the spring refill sequence has been entered.
5. To fill the rear spring(s), close, then open the driver's door once. After a 6 second delay, the spring(s) will be filled for approximately 1 minute.
6. To fill the front spring(s), close and open the driver's door twice. After a 6 second delay, the spring(s) will be filled for 1 minute.
7. If both front and rear springs are to be filled, fill the rear springs first, then open and close the driver's door once to initiate front spring filling.
8. To terminate the fill procedure, turn the ignition switch off, apply the brakes or disconnect the diagnostic pigtail.
9. Lower vehicle and start engine with all doors closed to allow vehicle to level to trim height.
