Stabilizer Bar: Service and Repair

MARK VI & 1982---88 TOWN CAR
1. Raise rear of vehicle and support at frame side sills.
2. Lower axle housing until shock absorbers are fully extended.
3. Remove the four bolts, nuts and spacers retaining stabilizer bar lower control arms, then remove stabilizer bar.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Torque bolts to 70---92 ft. lbs.
