Starter Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then the starter electrical cable.
2. If applicable, remove cable support and ground cable connection from upper starter stud bolt.
3. If applicable, remove brace at starter motor and cylinder block.
4. Remove starter mounting bolts, then the starter from area between sub-frame and radiator.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
