^ - Okay stock has a workorder number of 037337 or 119972 on the unit carton.

^ - Suspect stock has a workorder number other than 037337 or 119972 or no workorder number on the carton.

^ Complete separate FPS-340 for these parts.

^ Indicate Reason Code "J" on claim.

^ In Remarks Section write "Returned per FPSD Purge 1078".

^ Return parts to your Facing PDC using least expensive transportation.

Limits
^ Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of letter.

^ Return restricted to subject parts.

^ Credit for parts and prepaid freight costs will be issued.
