ISSUE: A "popping" noise may be heard through the radio speakers when the radio is on and the horn is blown. This condition is caused by the absence of a noise suppression capacitor on the horn relay.
ACTION: Install a new horn relay with a noise suppression capacitor. The horn relay is located on the RH fender apron, near the RH front height sensor.
