Wiper Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove the steering column cover screws and separate the two halves.
4. Remove wiper switch retaining screws, disconnect wiring connector and remove switch.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Rearm airbag as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
