BA2 Star Tester Check

^ Service Bay Diagnostics has not been entered due to an inoperative STAR tester. To determine if this is the case the following actions are required:

^ Disconnect STAR Tester and get another STAR Tester if possible.

^ On new STAR Tester release STAR test button if required so that it remains in the up HOLD position.

^ Connect new STAR Tester to air suspension diagnostic connector and turn it ON.

^ Turn ignition switch to OFF position and wait ten seconds. Then turn ignition switch back to On/Run position and leave there.

^ After waiting a minimum of five seconds, depress STAR test button so that it remains down in TEST position.

^ Within twenty seconds the STAR Tester will display one of the following codes:

10 -- Service Bay Diagnostics has been entered. PERFORM Test B2 of Service Bay Diagnostics.

21 to 28 -- PERFORM Pinpoint Test BB. BB

All other codes -- Go to BA3.
