EA6 Checking Wiring Harness (Continued)

^ In order to determine if vehicle wiring harness has the air spring solenoid valve circuits in the proper location the following test is required:

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, connect one lead to left front air spring solenoid valve vehicle wiring harness connector Circuit 415 and other to a known good chassis ground.

^ Is ohmmeter reading less than 2 ohms?

YES -- Air spring solenoid power Circuit 415 and ground Circuit 430K are reversed. RELOCATE circuits to proper location. RECONNECT air spring solenoid valve and air suspension control module. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics after service is made.

NO -- Left front air spring solenoid valve's ground Circuit 430K has a resistance to chassis ground that is above acceptable limits. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics after service is made.
