EB6 Checking Wiring Harness (Circuit 414 to Ground)

^ In order to determine if vehicle wiring harness has air spring solenoid valve circuits in proper location the following test is required:

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, connect one lead to right front air spring solenoid valve vehicle wiring harness connector Circuit 414 and other to a known good chassis ground.

^ Is ohmmeter reading less than 2 ohms?

YES -- Air spring solenoid power Circuit 414 and ground Circuit 430D are reversed. RELOCATE these circuits to the proper location. RECONNECT the air spring solenoid valve and air suspension control module. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics after service is made.

NO -- Right front air spring solenoid valve's ground Circuit 430D has a resistance to chassis ground that is above acceptable limits. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics after service is made.
