EB7 Component Check

^ The previous steps have verified that the vehicle wiring harness is not the causes of the short. There are two possible causes that must now be checked (solenoid valve or control module). In order to determine which one is causing the short the following is required:

^ Turn air suspension switch to OFF position.

^ Reconnect air suspension control module to vehicle wiring harness.

^ Turn air suspension switch to ON position.

^ Repeat Service Bay Diagnostics without reconnecting the right front air spring solenoid valve connected to the vehicle wiring harness.

NOTE: This test procedure will generate extra error codes because the right front air spring solenoid valve is not connected to the vehicle wiring harness.

^ Did STAR Tester display code 41 again?

YES -- Turn air suspension switch to the OFF position. REPLACE air suspension control module. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- REPLACE right front air spring solenoid valve. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
