GC13 Wiring Harness Check (Circuit 840)

GC13 WIRING HARNESS CHECK (CIRCUIT 840)

^ Turn air suspension switch to OFF position.

^ Release STAR test button so that it remains in the up HOLD position and turn STAR Tester OFF.

^ Disconnect air suspension control module from vehicle wiring harness.

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, place one lead to wiring harness control module connector pin 47 (Circuit 840) and other to left rear actuator vehicle connector Circuit 840.

^ Is ohmmeter reading greater than 5 ohms?

NO -- GO to GC14.

YES -- SERVICE electrical problem in circuit. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
