GE11 Wiring Harness Check (Circuit 430C)

^ The next step in determining where this problem is located is to determine if the control module signal to activate the actuator relays is reaching the relays. In order to do this the following actions are required:

^ Release STAR test button so that it remains in the up HOLD position after code 34 has been displayed for at least 5 seconds.

^ Using a VOM place positive lead on Circuit 839 and negative lead on Circuit 430C of SOFT relay connector.

NOTE: As long as STAR test button is in the up HOLD position, the firm/soft actuator test will continue.

^ Does voltage reading pulse (between zero and battery voltage) continuously?

YES -- GO to GE13.

NO -- GO to GE12.
