GE12 Wiring Harness Check (Circuit 839)

^ Turn STAR Tester switch to OFF position.

^ Turn air suspension switch to OFF position and disconnect air suspension control module.

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, connect one lead to control module wiring harness connector Pin 12 and other lead to the SOFT relay connector Circuit 839.

^ Is resistance reading less than 5 ohms?

YES -- REPLACE air suspension control module. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- SERVICE open in Circuit 839. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
