GE13 Wiring Harness Check (Circuit 430E)

^ Place positive lead of VOM on Circuit 838 and negative lead on Circuit 430E of the SOFT relay connector.

NOTE: As long as STAR test button is in the up HOLD position, the firm/soft actuator test will continue.

^ Does voltage reading pulse (between zero and battery voltage) continuously?

YES -- REPLACE SOFT and FIRM relays. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- GO to GE14.
