GE5 Wiring Harness Check (S Position)

^ Turn STAR Tester switch to OFF position.

^ Turn air suspension switch to OFF position and disconnect air suspension control module.

^ Using a small blade screwdriver rotate control tube on bottom of left front actuator to the "S" position.

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, connect one lead to control module wiring harness connector Pin 47 and other to Pin 46.

^ Is resistance reading less than 5 ohms?

YES -- RECONNECT air suspension control module and SOFT and FIRM relays. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes If code 64 and/or 65 is displayed again INSTALL a new air suspension control module.

NO -- SERVICE open in actuator position signal return circuit. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
