GE7 Checking Wiring Harness (Circuit 430E)

^ Using an analog voltmeter, place positive voltage lead on Circuit 175B and negative lead on Circuit 430E (of the FIRM actuator relay connector).

^ Is voltage reading battery voltage?

YES -- GO to GE8.
