HD16 Inflate Left Rear Air Spring

^ In order to perform the left rear air spring vent test, inflate it above the normal position. In order to do this, the following action is required.

^ Release STAR test button so that it remains in the up HOLD position after code 28 has been displayed for at least 5 seconds.

NOTE: As long as STAR test button remains in the up HOLD position the left rear air spring will continue to be limited. When the desired amount of inflating has occurred depress STAR test button so that it remains in the down TEST position.

^ Has vehicle's left rear air spring been inflated so that left rear corner of vehicle has approximately a 2 inch gap between fender lip opening and top of tire?

YES -- DEPRESS STAR test button down so that it remains in the TEST position. Then GO to HD17.

NO -- CONTINUE with Step HD 16 until left rear corner of vehicle is at desired position. If unable to raise vehicle look for an air line and/or air spring leak.
