IA12 Checking Wiring Harness (Circuit 417)

^ Depress STAR test button so that it remains in the down TEST position.

^ Remove air compressor relay from its vehicle wiring harness connector.

^ Using an analog ohmmeter attach one lead to air compressor relay vehicle harness connector Circuit 417 and the other load to air compressor vehicle wiring harness connector Circuit 417.

^ Is ohmmeter reading greater than 5 ohms?

YES -- SERVICE open in Circuit 417. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- GO to IA13.
