IB12 Checking Wiring Harness (Circuit 417)

^ Depress STAR test button so that it remains in the down TEST position.

^ Remove air compressor relay from its vehicle wiring harness connector.

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, connect one lead to Circuit 417 to the air compressor relay connector and the other lead to Circuit 417 of the air compressor vehicle wiring harness connector.

^ Is ohmmeter reading greater than 5 ohms?

YES -- SERVICE open in Circuit 417. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- GO to IB13.
