IB23 Vent Left Front Air Spring

^ In order to perform the left front air spring inflation test, first vent it below the normal position. In order to do that the following actions are required:

^ Release STAR test button so that it remains in the up HOLD position after code 22 has been displayed for at least 5 seconds.

^ Continue venting left corner of vehicle until gap between fender lip opening and top of tire is 1 inch or less.

NOTE: As long as STAR test button remains in the up HOLD position the left front air spring will continue to be vented. When desired amount of venting has occurred, depress STAR test button so that it remains in the down TEST position.

^ Has vehicle's left front corner been lowered?

YES -- DEPRESS STAR test button down so that it remains in the TEST position. Then GO to IB24.

NO -- CONTINUE Step IB23 until desired height is reached.
