^ Remove air compressor relay from its vehicle wiring harness connector.

^ Does air compressor stop running and remain off?

YES -- INSTALL a new air compressor relay and then REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- SERVICE short to B+ in Circuit 417, which is causing air compressor to run until air compressor a internal thermal circuit breaker is tripped. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics after service is made and air compressor relay has been installed again.
