JB1 Code 72 Did Not Detect at Least 4 Open Close Door Signals

^ The air suspension control module has not received all four door OPEN and CLOSE signals after STAR Tester displayed a code 12 and 13.

^ There are four possible causes of the air suspension control module not detecting that all the doors were OPEN and CLOSED.

^ Door sense circuit used to detect when a door or doors are open or closed may have an open or short.

^ Door open/close sense switch may not be installed properly.

^ Door open/close sense switch may be inoperative.

^ Air suspension control module may be inoperative.

^ After STAR Tester displayed a code 12 or 13 were vehicle's doors opened and shut once?

YES -- GO to JB2.

NO -- REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics.
