JC3 Wiring Harness Check (Circuit 636)

^ Release STAR test button so that it remains in HOLD up position and turn it OFF.

^ Turn air suspension switch to OFF position. Disconnect air suspension control module from wiring harness connector.

^ Using an analog ohmmeter (20,000 ohms per volt is recommended), connect one lead to wiring harness connector Pin 7 (Circuit 636) and the other lead to Pin 40 (Circuit 430G).

^ Is ohmmeter reading greater than 10,000 ohms?

YES -- GO to JC4.

NO -- SERVICE short to ground in brake pressure switch circuit. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
