Antenna: Description and Operation

OPERATION

With the Ignition Switch in "ACC" or "RUN", voltage is present at the Power Antenna Switch. The Power Antenna Switch controls operation of the reversible Power Antenna Motor.

With the Power Antenna switch moved to "UP", current flows through circuit 745 (R/PK) and the Power Antenna Motor: the Motor runs to extend the antenna mast. With the Power Antenna Switch moved to "DOWN", current flows through the Power Antenna Motor in the opposite direction, and the mast retracts.
