A18 - Check PIP at ICM - PIP Fault

^ Key off.

^ DVOM 20 volt AC scale.

^ Push and hold EI diagnostic harness PIP push button down (opens PIP circuit to PCM).

^ Crank engine and measure voltage between J43 (PIP I) and J7 (B-) at breakout box.

^ Is settled AC voltage reading greater than 3.5 volts?

YES -- Go to A19. A19 - Check For PIP Short High-ICM and PCM Disconnected-KOEO

NO -- Replace ICM. No PIP output. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.
