Floor-Defrost Door









Removal

1. Remove the plenum from vehicle.

2. Through the floor air distribution opening, remove one screw retaining the floor-defrost door to the door crank arm.

3. Pull the door from the crank arm and remove the door from the plenum.


Installation

1. Position the door in the plenum and position the door to the crank arm.

2. Through the floor air distribution opening, install one screw to attach the door to the crank arm.

3. Check the door for freedom of movement. Correct any existing sticking, binding or grabbing condition.

4. Install the plenum in the vehicle as outlined.

5. Check the system for proper operation.
