A6 - Check For VPWR to ICM

^ Key off.

^ DVOM on 20 volt DC scale.

^ Key on, engine off.

^ Measure voltage between (+)J35 (VPWR I) and (-)J7 (B-) at breakout box.

^ Is DC voltage greater than 10.5 volts?

YES -- Go to A7. A7 - Check CKP+ Bias at ICM

NO -- Check connectors. Service or replace harness. VPWR to ICM is open. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.
