Connecting Rod @ BoIt (15) -
(15) Torque in two Steps: First step 25-35 Nm (18-25 lb-ft) Second step Rotate 85-95 degrees
Cylinder Head Bolt (9) -
(9) Torque in 3 Steps: First step: 20-30 Nm (15-22 lb-ft) Second step: Rotate 85-95 degrees Third step: Rotate 85-95 degrees
Damper to Crankshaft Bolt 155-165 Newton Meter (Nm)
EGR Valve to Intake Manifold 20-30 Newton Meter (Nm)
Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head Bolt 20-30 Newton Meter (Nm)
Intake Manifold to Cylinder Head Bolt (11) 20-30 Newton Meter (Nm)
(11) After assembly, retorque with engine hot.
- Main Bearings Cap - Bolt (10) -
(10) Tighten in 2 Steps: First step: 30-35 Nm (22-25 lb-fl) Second step: Rotate 85-95 degrees
Oil Filter Adapter Bolt 20-30 Newton Meter (Nm)
Oil Filter to Cylinder Block (12) -
(12) 1/2 turn after gasket contacts sealing surface.
Oil Inlet Tube to Oil Pump Bolt 8-12 Newton Meter (Nm)
Oil Pan Drain Plug 11-16 Newton Meter (Nm)
Oil Pan to Cylinder Block - Bolt 20-30 Newton Meter (Nm)
Oil Pump to Cylinder Block - Bolt 8-12 Newton Meter (Nm)
