The Cellular Phone cradle rubber bumper may wear out and separate, not allowing the cradle to absorb the force of re-seating the phone into the cradle.

ACTION:





Inspect the phone cradle for damage, refer to Figure 1. If only the rubber bumper is broken, replace only the rubber bumper when repairing the phone cradle. It is NOT necessary to replace the cradle assembly.
