Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove rear hood seal, then the wiper arm assemblies.
3. Remove cowl vent screens and disconnect washer hoses from jets.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors from wiper motor.

Windshield Wiper Assembly:

5. Remove wiper assembly retaining screws, then lift assembly out of cowl.
6. Unsnap and remove wiper linkage cover.
7. Remove linkage retaining clip from motor operating arm.
8. Remove motor retaining screws, then the motor.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
