Shock Absorber Electronic Actuator Desired Position Not Detected - All Shock Actuator Circuits

The Control Module has detected that all shock absorber electronic actuators did not go to desired position when activated. There are six possible causes of the shock absorber electronic actuator not switching to the desired position.
1. SOFT and/or FIRM shock relay is inoperative.
2. Vehicle wiring harness power supply circuit to shock actuator relay is shorted to ground or has an open in it.
3. Vehicle wiring harness power supply circuit to shock actuators is shorted to ground or has an open in it.
4. Shock absorber electronic actuator position circuit is shorted to ground or has an open in it.
5. Vehicle wiring harness connector for the SOFT and/or FIRM relay does not have all wires in correct location.
6. Control Module is inoperative.
