Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Description and Operation

PURPOSE
The Brake Pressure Switch acts as an additional deactivation device should the brake on/off switch fail.

OPERATION
Depressing the brake pedal with additional pressure causes the brake pressure switch to open, thereby removing voltage and current from the speed control servo/amplifier assembly.
