1. Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the Illuminated Entry to duplicate the vehicle owner's concern.

2. Inspect to determine if one of the following electrical concerns apply:

4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go to the Symptom Chart.
