Ford Motor Company is providing a no-charge Service Program, Number 95B71, to owners of certain 1995-model Lincoln Continental cars.

Reason For This Program

A fuel delivery module in the fuel tank may experience a reduction or loss of fuel pressure. Reduced fuel pressure could result in poor engine performance or cause the vehicle to stall and not restart.

No Charge Service

At no charge to you, your dealer will replace the fuel delivery module.

Replacement of the fuel delivery module must be completed by December 31, 1999.

How Long Will It Take?

The time needed for this service is about one hour. However, due to service scheduling times, your dealer may need your Continental for one full working day.

Call Your Dealer

Ask for a service date for Owner Notification Program Number 95B71.

Your dealer will provide you with a courtesy car while the module is being replaced.

When you bring your Continental in, show the dealer this letter.

If you misplace this letter, your dealer will still do the work, free of charge.

Changed Address Or Sold the Continental?

Please fill out the enclosed prepaid postcard and mail it to us if you have changed your address or sold the Continental.

We are taking this action as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain owner
confidence in our products. We hope this program will confirm your continued satisfaction with your Lincoln Continental.
