Parts will not be direct shipped for this program. Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels.

Please Order Only Parts That Are Required To Service Customer Continentals Returned To Your Dealership For The Service Offered By This Program.

Virtual Image Cluster Special Ordering Instructions

Clusters must be ordered from the following order centers. Provide the VIN of Continental and the actual mileage shown on the odometer and if the cluster is "English" (miles-per-hour on the speedometer) or Metric" (kilometers/hour on the speedometer - normally this would be a Canadian owner visiting a U.S. dealership).

Replacement clusters will be sent within 24 Hours. Return removed clusters the same day as the vehicle is serviced. Clusters are being remanufactured so as to provide the quickest and most responsive service to the affected Continental owners.

A $100.00 charge will be made for removed virtual image clusters that are not returned in a timely manner.
