Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Lower glove compartment door to gain access to rear of evaporator case.
3. Disconnect blower motor electrical connector.
4. Remove muffler and in-vehicle temperature sensor aspirator hose.
5. Remove pulse width modulator (blower motor speed controller).
6. Remove screw and pull blower motor assembly out of blower motor housing.
7. Pull the push nut off blower motor shaft and remove blower wheel from shaft.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
